Description 7 Night Cruise sailing from Castries to Marigot onboard SeaDream I.

Let’s face it! Some vacations at sea can be boring. But a holiday with SeaDream Yacht Club is something new. Unstructured! Unexpected! A casual, free-form holiday with plenty of room for personal choice.

We are not a cruise line. Quite simply, yachting is different from cruising. Yachting has an open casual ambience. Cruising does not. Yachting provides guests the ability to fulfill their dreams at their own pace without having to stick to a rigid fixed schedule. With yachting it’s no clocks, no crowds, no lines, no stress.

Our twin mega yachts, SeaDream I and SeaDream II offer seven-day Caribbean and Mediterranean sailings. The elegant twins call at smaller yacht ports. There’s lots of water sports activity. “Water Toys” including wave runners, kayaks, snorkel gear, Sunfish and Zodiacs for water skiing. If you feel lazy you can snooze on deck in private Balinese sun beds---designed for two. Fun under the sun or indoors. And dining with SeaDream is superb whether you are in our main Dining Salon or up on deck in our Topside Restaurant. In short, the SeaDream twins offer guests the ultimate in the elegant, but, oh so casual yachting lifestyle. An intimate, friendly, comfortable, romantic yachting experience where you can always expect the unexpected.

Highlights of this cruise:

Port Elizabeth, Bequia
Bequia is the northernmost and largest of the Grenadines, just seven square miles of quiet lagoons, reefs, and long silvery stretches of beach. Among the first things you will notice are the colorful model boats set up on stands around the tiny harbor, representing the island's maritime history. If you are lucky enough to have a late call, don’t miss Mac’s Lobster Pizza.

Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe
Despite being the capital of Guadeloupe, Basse-Terre is a sleepy town best known for its natural landscape. The enthralling island features an active volcano, Soufrière, and an impressive rainforest in the center of the island. Nicknamed “the island of beautiful water,” Basse-Terre is a true paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore Basse-Terre’s lush setting, awe-inspiring waterfalls and abundant natural beauty while trekking one of the islands many hiking trails. Basse-Terre is a beautiful tropical escape where visitors can experience some of the best hiking and diving available in the Caribbean.

Little Bay, Montserrat
Prior to the recent volcanic eruptions that commenced in 1995, Montserrat was considered as one of the “Insiders” favorite Caribbean islands. It was also home to producer George Martin’s Air Studios Montserrat recording studio where some of the world’s most famous recording artists, including Eric Clapton, the Little River Band and Paul McCartney among many others, used to record their albums. Recent history has brought some unfortunate blows to the island ranging from hurricanes (Hugo in 1989) to multiple volcanic eruptions. Yet, in the face of such unfortunate setbacks, Montserrat remains an island worth visiting and its people, as friendly and warm as ever, are trying hard to bring back the economic viability of the island. Just imagine an island where almost two- thirds of its surface space is no longer available to agriculture or habitation; an island whose lovely capital city of Plymouth was destroyed by the volcanic eruptions and mudslides. A population that went from a high of 13,000 inhabitants to as low as 3,000 shortly after the first eruptions. Fortunately, more and more of the former residents are returning to the island and are trying to make a living off tourism once again. We at SEADREAM would like to assist them in this effort by making frequent visits to the island. We thus encourage you to take the time and join us on an interesting land adventure exploring the unique landscape of Montserrat.

Saba, Caribbean Netherlands
This Caribbean paradise is a special municipality of the Netherlands. Due to this fact, Saba is actually the location of the tallest, or highest point/elevation of the Netherlands, even though it is a few thousand miles away from its European homeland. With an estimated local population of just over 2,000 people, Saba is now primarily supported by tourism, and is known for a concentration on “eco-tourism”. This includes diving, hiking, and climbing its mountainous terrain. The island is so small that there is only 1 main road, and its airport is well-known for having one of the shortest commercial runways in the world. The island’s intimate size, picturesque Red rooftops and lush vegetation make it a perfect port to call on during your special Caribbean yachting vacation.

Gustavia, Saint-Barthélemy
Saint-Barthélemy (St Barts) is a French island located in the Caribbean among the Leeward Islands. It lies near the islands of Saint Martin, Saba and Anguilla off the coast of Puerto Rico. Gustavia is the main town on St Barts, and has long been considered a playground of the rich and famous. It’s known for its beautiful pristine beaches, gourmet dining in chic bistros and high-end designer shopping. Excellent shopping can be found on Quai de la Republique, Rue du General De Gaulle, and Rue Oscar II. The shopping is within easy walking distance of the tender wharf. The flea market and pastry stores in Gustavia are also a treat for tourists. Exploring Gustavia you’ll find the St. Barths museum which is small, but somewhat interesting and the fort at the northern end of the harbor ( Fort Gustav III) offers great views of the harbor for photo opportunities. Shell Beach is popular for families with kids as it has little surf, and lots of tide pools.

Marigot, St. Martin, FWI
Saint Martin has a land area of 87 km2, which is under the sovereignty of France, and under the sovereignty of the Netherlands. Marigot is one of the main cities and lies on the French side. The island's French side is known for its beaches, clothes, shopping (including outdoor markets), and rich French and Indian Caribbean cuisine.
