Destination Caribbean
Nights 9
Departure Date 19 Nov 2021
Description 9 Night Cruise sailing from Bridgetown roundtrip onboard Sea Dream I.

Let’s face it! Some vacations at sea can be boring. But a holiday with SeaDream Yacht Club is something new. Unstructured! Unexpected! A casual, free-form holiday with plenty of room for personal choice.

We are not a cruise line. Quite simply, yachting is different from cruising. Yachting has an open casual ambience. Cruising does not. Yachting provides guests the ability to fulfill their dreams at their own pace without having to stick to a rigid fixed schedule. With yachting it’s no clocks, no crowds, no lines, no stress.

Our twin mega yachts, SeaDream I and SeaDream II offer seven-day Caribbean and Mediterranean sailings. The elegant twins call at smaller yacht ports. There’s lots of water sports activity. “Water Toys” including wave runners, kayaks, snorkel gear, Sunfish and Zodiacs for water skiing. If you feel lazy you can snooze on deck in private Balinese sun beds---designed for two. Fun under the sun or indoors. And dining with SeaDream is superb whether you are in our main Dining Salon or up on deck in our Topside Restaurant. In short, the SeaDream twins offer guests the ultimate in the elegant, but, oh so casual yachting lifestyle. An intimate, friendly, comfortable, romantic yachting experience where you can always expect the unexpected.

Highlights of this cruise:

Bridgetown
SeaDream uses the port of Bridgetown as the hub for their Southern Caribbean voyages as well as some of voyages that cross the Atlantic. The Island itself includes Unesco Heritage Sites, excellent beaches and history dating back to 1628. The climate is tropical with constant warm temperatures during the year cooled by light trade winds.

Rodney Bay
Rodney Bay is a bay on the North West coast of Saint Lucia; it is along the northwestern coast of the island to the north of Choc Bay. It is named after British naval officer George Brydges Rodney. We will anchor and offer tender service to one of the local bars or direct to the marina. Guests can enjoy the Yachting Land Adventures, water sports, the local beaches or a hike to Pigeon Island.

Port Elizabeth, Bequia
Bequia is the northernmost and largest of the Grenadines, just seven square miles of quiet lagoons, reefs, and long silvery stretches of beach. Among the first things you will notice are the colorful model boats set up on stands around the tiny harbor, representing the island's maritime history. SeaDream yachts anchor at Port Elizabeth and offer guests a scenic Land Adventure as well as sport fishing and a trip to the neighboring island of Mystique. If you are lucky enough to have a late call, don’t miss Mac’s Lobster Pizza.

Tobago Cays
Imagine an intimate cluster of five uninhabited islands, heavenly lagoons full of green turtles, coral reefs, colourful fish and crystal clear waters. This is the setting when SeaDream anchors off the Tobago Keys. Zodiacs will whisk guests from the marina to the beautiful beach. There may be some locals selling crafts so remember to bring some dollars. This is an idyllic yachting anchorage, a dream for scuba divers, a paradise for beachcombers, and a film location for the Pirates of the Caribbean, the Tobago Cays and the Tobago Cays Marine Park is one of the world’s most awe inspiring island destinations.

Man-O_War Bay
Located on the northeastern portion of Tobago, European settlers first arrived at Man-O-War Bay in the 1600s. Prior to becoming the perfect getaway for visitors, Man-O-War Bay was known for its long history of sugar farming and fishing. Featuring only a few hotels and restaurants, Man-O-War Bay offers a peaceful escape and beautiful scenery, away from mainstream tourist destinations. Create new memories in this Caribbean destination that is steeped in history and now offers the perfect backdrop to enjoy a laid-back ambiance. Admire the area’s diverse marine life while swimming or snorkeling in Man-O-War Bay’s blue waters.

Carriacou
Carriacou boasts some amazing coral reefs and is a dependent of Grenada. It lies north of Grenada island and south of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the Lesser Antilles. Carriacou Island sometimes referred to as the land of the reefs, is the largest island in the Grenadines archipelago in the Windward Islands chain. The island is 13 square miles (34 km2) with a population of 4,500. The main settlements on the island are Hillsborough, L'Esterre, Harvey Vale, and Windward. The residents of this island live by boat-building, fishing and seafaring. Carriacou is known for its Regatta and Village Maroon. SeaDream guests have an opportunity to take advantage of a land adventure that will cover all of the islands highlights and is recommended.

Mayreau
This is one of SeaDream signature Champagne and Caviar Splash destinations in the Grenadines. This particular island is the smallest of the inhabited Islands and has two amazing beaches. Generally the team on board will offer guests a hike to Saltwhistle Bay.
