The route concept concentrates on four regions: Western Mediterranean, Eastern Mediterranean, Arabian Peninsula and Asia. In fulfilment of the wishes of our guests these will be shorter, mostly seven-day voyages. Many routes will be offered on different dates and can be combined flexibly to form longer, fantastic stays on board.
The interior concept follows current design trends and is a successful mixture of casual and stylish ambience with state-of-the-art technology. Hardly any other ship offers more space per guest as EUROPA 2 since, after all is said and done, well-being is also measured in square metres. Buenos Aires/Argentina
Tango rhythms and pure passion will greet you in the Argentinian metropolis with its many interesting sights. Watch the hustle and bustle from a bird’s-eye perspective on a helicopter flight*. See the long labyrinth of hundreds of little islands in the Delta del Tigre*.
Puerto Madryn/Argentina
Discover the Valdes Peninsula* and be amazed by fantastic panoramic views, pristine nature, a Magellanic penguin colony and elephant seals. Discover Argentina’s seabirds and sea lions on a kayak tour*.
Stanley/Falkland Islands/Great Britain

Cruising off Cape Horn/Chile, arrival during the day
Ushuaia/Argentina
Once you’ve rounded Cape Horn, the Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego* awaits. The world’s southernmost national park is the only one in Argentina. Bordered by the sea and mountains, it will amaze you with its snow-capped mountains and crystal-clear lakes. A catamaran trip through the Beagle Channel* will give you a unique insight into the Antarctic wildlife.
Punta Arenas/Chile
Once the EUROPA 2 has cruised in front of the radiant blue Garibaldi Glacier, the world’s most southerly continental city awaits you in the heart of Patagonia. A flight will take you to the Torres del Paine National Park* with its diverse wildlife, unique landscape and a view of the impressive mountain range. Another excursion option is a hike in Magallanes National Reserve* to Monte Fenton.
Puerto Montt/Chile
After cruising through the Chilean fjords and past the Pio XI Glacier, this pleasant little town is the starting point for a visit to Chile’s lake district*. The route will take you to the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park, the Petrohue waterfalls and Lago Todos Ios Santos. Or head for Chile’s impressive Osorno Volcano*, which stands at a height of 2,652 m (8,700 ft). Enjoy some fun on the water with white-water rafting* on the Petrohue River.
